Rejoice! Diaspora Dance Theater is a multi-faceted ensemble of dancers and musicians under the artistic direction of Oluyinka Akinjiola. Weaving stories from movement and music of the African diaspora, including Afro-Brazilian and Afro-Cuban cultures, with contemporary dance, Rejoice! illuminates issues and topics that span generations.
